When you have children, working out becomes much more difficult! If you’re a parent of young children, you understand what it means.

Of course, parenting is fulfilling and magical, and you’ve never loved anything so much as you do those dang kids. But they’re also a major factor in why you don’t sleep, possess anything that isn’t machine washable, or even know what a McDonald’s Play Land looks like.
