For the first time ever, Wendy Williams is suing her bank! According to the TV personality, Wells Fargo is preventing her from accessing her bank account, which she claims contains millions of dollars. When it comes to Wells Fargo, on the other hand, they argue that Williams is being “exploited.”

Williams, according to PEOPLE magazine, has written a letter to the court requesting permission to sue the financial institution. Her “bank accounts, assets, and statements” had been “denied any access” for the past two weeks, according to the letter, which she signed.

According to Williams’ letter, Wells Fargo made the decision to deny her access because of Lori Schiller’s recommendation, who said Williams was of “unsound mind.”

As a result of Schiller’s “malfeasance” with her money account and “improper conduct” in their professional connection, Williams has since fired her.

There is evidence that Wells Fargo believes Williams was the victim of “undue influence” and financial exploitation, according to their own court records. It’s not clear who or what is putting Williams in this position, according to PEOPLE.

“Other independent third parties” were also engaged by Wells Fargo prior to making its decision based on Schiller’s recommendation.

There are “many million dollars” in Williams’ bank account, she claims. She is requesting quick access to her finances. Williams believes she will be forced to “default” on a number of debts, including spousal support, employee salaries, and mortgages if the block on her account and assets is not lifted.

Williams’ legal representatives have requested that a guardian be appointed to monitor his financial affairs on behalf of Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo described the celebrity as “incapacitated” in a letter written by the bank’s counsel, David H. Pikus. But Williams’ spokesman has vehemently refuted the claim.

Recent health difficulties include Graves’ disease, an autoimmune ailment that causes damage to one’s thyroid gland, which Williams has suffered recently. Bulging eyes, rapid weight loss, and a faster-than-normal metabolism are all possible symptoms.

As a result of Wendy Williams’ health problems, the debut of The Wendy Williams Show’s thirteenth season was twice postponed. She will not be returning to the show this season, and it has been revealed now. Celebrity guest hosts like Leah Remini and Jerry Springer have hosted in Williams’ stead.

Until Williams is well enough to return, Sheri Shepherd is expected to be the show’s permanent guest host.
